Spring sweaters are priceless in our part of the world as the temperatures soar and dip wildly. Bradford pear blossoms falling with snow flakes.  We southerners always pull our spring out three weeks too early. 

This Celine as seen at the Paris 2014 fashion runaway is possibly a bit swanky in price. Although we still will consider it.  Retail and resale make the world go around.

ran across this last night in W magazine from the " counselor of fashion" ( my words ) Countess Esterhazy, Friday March 21 page10

 i will pull a few great lines from the article

Looking at all the collections from far-flung corners of the world...the colors are over the top, no one talks about workmanship, length or where the clothes on the runways can be worn.

Truth be told, women today make their own trends.

Snobbishness in fashion has gone away...

Don't misunderstand me: Fashion still retains it inexplicable magic.

I prefer the word " Passionista " Freedom is the heart and soul of fashion and style. First to dare and second, because clothes are part of what makes us feel better about ourselves.

So go for it ladies.  Challenge the establishment.  The Fashion Machine needs your help.
