It is a good idea to put jewelry in zip lock bags separately .

Even the best cashmere pills, when you are preparing your's for consignment you may use a razor to " shave " the pilling or buy a soft pumice stone to remove.  Also for laundering instructions please go online.  You may handwash cashmere instead of dry cleaning although it does take a bit of extra care.  Storage of this sumptuous fabric is very important as the moths search for it and silk items.

Why not slip into your cocktail dresses in front of your mirror and decide if you might be happier with something new.  If you decide to consign we have a few tips for receiving the best price.  Make sure you are willing to dry clean or launder your dresses.  Check lining, hems, buttons, zippers.  Be sure to double check dry cleaned items as sometimes those spots are still visible ( be sure to check around collars and underarm area )

Crew ( very popular ) to Chanel ( also very popular ).  While we accept certain high end designer dresses that are a few years out...our best sellers are within a two year period.  Since we are located in the Mall area we find shoppers like to mix and match resale and retail for a current look.
